View source for Controls flicker when hovering the mouse pointer over them

; Issue
: When the mouse pointer hovers over certain controls in the (un)installer, the controls tend to flicker.

; Cause
: This is not a NSIS related problem. It seems be a problem with the Windows Classic theme. The controls are repainted entirely to display any hover-states of the control, if applicable. On slower computers, you will notice a short flicker.

; Solution
: This is a Windows issue. There is no solution available at this time.
